Make a Payment
Clients can securely pay for their mediation sessions or Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAM) here. We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
Payment Policies
Payment Terms
Payments for mediation sessions and MIAM fees are required in full prior to the start of your appointment. Secure online payment ensures your time is confirmed and allows us to focus entirely on the mediation process during our call.
Cancellations
We understand that family situations can be unpredictable. We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other families who may be in need of support.
Refunds
Refunds are processed for cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice. For cancellations made within the 48-hour window, the fee may be retained to cover administrative costs and the specialist's time. All agreed MIAM certificates are issued promptly upon completion of the meeting.
How to pay
For now, payments are made by bank transfer or invoice. Please email pkmediation@outlook.com or call 07494 456 937 and we will send you our bank details and a reference to use for your payment. Your appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received.
